Photoreorders.com provides users a fun, safe, and eay way to view, share and purchase photos of their family or event taken by a professional photographer. However, before you enter the Photoreorders.com site (the "Site") or use any of the Phothoreordrs.com services, it is important that you carefully review the Terms and Conditions set out below (the "Terms"). These Terms may be changed or updated at any time, but you can always find the most recent version here. In the case of inconsisencies between these Terms and information included in off-line materials (for example, promotional materials and mailers), these Terms will always control. By entering and using the Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. Acceptance of these Terms creates a binding contract between you and Photoreprder.com that you will use the Servise only in a manner consisent with these Terms. Photoreordrs.com usage is abailable to you if you are at least 17 years of age and submit certain requested information to Photoreorders.com, including a valid event code and password. In addition, to place an order, you will provide photoreorders.com with true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when such information is requested by the Service. When you use the Service, you are accessing images that are protected by copyright laws. The Service is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and by other applicable laws. You may not Process any Content without the written consent ofthe owner of such Content. You are solely responsible for any copyright violations that you may incur as a result of your activities on the Service. As a condition to usage, you represent and warrant to Photoreorders.com that you have a valid event code and password obtained legally from your photographer or photograhy service OR have obtained an event coe and password from a relative or family member for the purpose of viewing or purchasing a product with a family member's image.

Indemnity YOU WILL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS PHOTOREORDERS.COM, INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, aFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, INFORMATION PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY "PHOTOREORDERS.COM AFFILIATES") FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSSES,EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, RESULTING FROM ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OR ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENT OR WRONGFUL CONDUCT) BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON ACCESSING THE SERVICE USING YOUR ACCOUNT.
X. Limited Warranty

(A) No Liability for Content IN NO EVENT WILL PHOTOREORDERS.COM OR PHOTOREORDERS.COM AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM OF ANY NATURE,WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO (I) CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN SUCH CONTENT, OR (II) LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF CONTENT.

(B) Exclusove Remedy ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. PHOTOREORDERS.COM WARRANTS ONLY THAT PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIALS PROVIDED WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU IN USABLE CONDITION. IF THE PRODUCT(S) PRODUCT ARE OF UNACEEPTABLE QUANTITY OR QUAALITY, OR LOST OR NOT RETURNED, PHOTOREORDERS.COM'S SOLE OBLIGATION, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, WILL BE FOR PHOTOREORDERS.COM TO EITHER (I) REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF SUCH FILM AND PRINTS, OR (II) REPRINT THE PHOTOS AT NO EXTRA COST AN GIVE YOU AN EQUIVALENT AMOUNT OF UNEXPOSED FILM IF YOUR NEGATIVES ARE UNUSABLE.

(C) Disclaimer EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, PHOTOREORDERS.COM AND PHOTOREORDERS.COM AFFILIATES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PHOTOREORDERS.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SITE OR SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED IN A MANNER THAT IS UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREEE, (II) THE SITE OR SERVICE ARE OR WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR (III) THE SERVICE OR SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. PHOTOREORDERS.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANYKIND WOTH RESPECT TO SOFTWARE, GOODS, OR SERVICES THAT ARE PURCHASED, ACCESSED, OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR THAT ARE ADVERTISED ON THE SITE. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THOUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SUSTEM OR LOSS FOR DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

(D) Remedies. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER LAW, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES.
